Refund policy

1. Returns Eligibility

  • We accept returns only for products that are damaged, defective, or not as described at the time of delivery.
  • Returns must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

  • To request a return, contact us at info@fivenuts.in with your order number, details of the issue, and photos.
  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
  • Approved returns: we will arrange pickup or ask you to ship the item back to our designated address.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods, opened packages, and bulk/discounted items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
